Eric Dombach says that there are only a few persons that are able to make a difference between coaching and training, and maybe the biggest danger is that not even the persons that are supposed to know that, meaning the HR specialists from different companies are the ones making this mistake.

Any person that wants to develop personal skills need coaching, not only managers and professional. Think about it like a football match. If you would ask a spectator, the coach and the player about the game, you will get three different answers. In the mind of each person, conversations were remembered, considering the level of knowledge, the implication in the game and several other aspects. The coach might claim that the referee is to blame; the player would blame the bad weather, while the spectator will blame the bad strategy used by the coach. People are blinded by their own perceptions, acting like it. Eric Dombach has the power to show you the right direction, and to understand the perspective of others. A coach has the power to change the perceptions keeping you in one place, offering support and methods to discover new possibilities.
